MANAGING PARTNER

Dr. Sawoung Pradipta Suryodewo. S.H., M.H.

Sawung, is one of the founding partners of Amori Sawoung Kusuma Attorney at Law, currently serving as the Managing Partner. He has extensive experience across various legal practices, including commercial contracts, litigation, corporate and commercial dispute resolution, corporate actions, and industrial relations. He is also a certified Administrator and Receiver in Suspension of Debt Payment (PKPU) and Bankruptcy proceedings, as authorized by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.

Sawung holds national certifications issued by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) in several legal competencies, including Legal Auditing, Mediation, Corporate Law, Industrial Relations Dispute Resolution, and Contract Drafting.

With excellent written and verbal communication skills, he is highly motivated by process and target-driven work. He has served both national and multinational companies and has successfully completed his Doctoral Program in Legal Studies at Trisakti University.

Reza, is one of the founding partners of Amori Sawoung Kusuma Attorney at Law. He has extensive legal practice experience as both an Advocate and Legal Consultant across various fields. Known for his innovative and dynamic approach to legal developments, Reza is capable of delivering the best solutions tailored to each client’s needs. As a co-founder and Partner of the firm, Reza consistently upholds professionalism and dedication in every case he handles.

Ricardo Amori Sukito. S.H., M.Kn.

Ricardo, is one of the founding partners of Amori Sawoung Kusuma Attorney at Law. He previously worked at the prestigious law firm Adnan Buyung Nasution & Partners, where he gained substantial experience in a wide range of legal practices. Ricardo provides strategic solutions in both commercial litigation and non-litigation matters. He is experienced in handling cases related to mining, construction, and is highly skilled in managing contractual agreements and labor dispute resolutions.

Bhismoko W. Nugroho. S.H.

Bhismoko, has over 35 years of experience as a lawyer and is a litigation specialist. With his extensive background, he possesses a deep understanding of the Indonesian legal system, which often requires practical experience rather than just formal education to navigate effectively. Bhismoko has handled numerous litigation processes involving administrative, civil, criminal, and arbitration matters.

Dr. Dave Advitama. S.H., M.H.

Dave, has solid experience in criminal law and litigation, having handled a wide range of major cases, including corruption and white-collar crimes. With a background as the head of legal divisions in the plantation, property, construction, and forestry sectors, he holds broad expertise in business legal practices.

I Made Gelgel. S.H., K.N., M.H.

Made, has over 40 years of experience in agrarian law, with specialized expertise in notarial and land deed official (PPAT) matters. He possesses a profound understanding of the evolving legal landscape in Indonesia’s agrarian sector, as evidenced by his extensive handling of legal issues related to processes, administration, land reform, private transactions, and arbitration.

Dr. Laurensius Ataupah. S.H., M.H.

Laurens, has experience in both civil and criminal law, having handled a diverse range of cases from consumer protection, land disputes, banking, bankruptcy and PKPU, to fraud, money laundering, and corruption. With an academic background in philosophy and law, and early experience as a journalist, Laurens is known for his sharp legal analysis and strong litigation practice.

Retno Purwaningsih. S.H.

Retno, has been practicing law across various areas since 1984 and has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. She was formerly part of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) and conducted research on the state of rehabilitated banks following Indonesia’s monetary crisis. Retno is an expert in banking law, handling matters such as bank guarantees and non-performing loan settlements.

Muhammad Ridwan. S.H.

Ridwan, has extensive experience in banking law, finance, as well as litigation and non-litigation matters. He has handled major cases both in court and through arbitration. He also possesses expertise in debt restructuring, bankruptcy, as well as criminal and civil law.

Reni, has over 8 years of legal experience with a particular focus on women and child protection. Known for her empathetic and strategic approach, she has also managed a wide range of corporate legal and general litigation cases with diligence and integrity.

Ghaly Odeliatama Sinulingga. S.H.

Galih, is experienced in legal practice with a strong ability in legal analysis and argumentation. Known for being detail-oriented, adaptive, and collaborative, Galih’s commitment to delivering effective legal solutions and his ability to communicate and work well in a team make him a valuable asset in navigating dynamic legal challenges.

Jimmy A. Prawiro Sitanggang. S.H.

Jimmy, has broad legal practice experience and is especially adept in banking law, with over 17 years of experience in the sector. He earned his Law degree from the University of North Sumatra in 2002. Jimmy is also a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (HKPI).
