Debt Suspension of Payment (PKPU) & Bankruptcy

To foster a healthy business and economic climate in Indonesia, a structured approach to debt resolution is essential. ASK Law Firm assists clients in initiating PKPU (suspension of debt payment obligations) proceedings, enabling debtors to settle outstanding debts through agreed repayment schemes. If a resolution cannot be reached through PKPU, we provide representation in bankruptcy proceedings, where the debtor’s assets are placed under general seizure for the benefit of all creditors.
